I own so many brushes from collecting them over the year (and having been lucky enough to get some brushes in PR too!), and I really thought I’d found all the best ones already. But when I realized how great this brush is, I decided to write a blog post right way just to share. If there’s anything you were looking for a review on or a topic that you want me to cover, please let me know if the comments below! And, of course, thank you so much for being here, and it would mean so much to me if you subscribe here for new posts. If you choose to shop through my links, some may be affiliate links that support the blog – thank you!

I can’t describe how surprised I was when I first used the new Rephr B05 brush. I own so many concealer brushes and had all but given up on having great looking under eyes. This brush blended in my concealer without taking away any coverage and made my undereye look perfectly smooth (which never happens!). The shape is perfect and somehow even better than all the traditional “kitten paw” brushes I’ve used in the past. It’s almost that exact shape but slightly smaller and more sloped, which does a better job of patting in coverage for me without making my concealer look heavy. Rephr actually says they made it 40% smaller and with an intensified slope based on feedback, and I absolutely agree with those choices.

The bristles are just as soft as my brushes from BK Beauty, Sonia G, Smith, Beauty Pie, etc. and the density is similar to all the other concealer brushes I have. I also love that the bristles are black so it’s much less likely to be forever stained from my concealers. Right now, you can get this brush in a bundle with the foundation brush version (which is also amazing) for $30. I honestly might grab a backup because I’d absolutely pay $30 for this brush alone!
